The OMNIA soundproofing system is a patented Matis product.
This system is designed for conveyor belts.
It consists of an upper cover in transparent plastic and a lower enclosure in stainless steel.
The main features of this product are transparency and minimal space required.
The upper section consists of openable moulded units, 1 metre long and of variable width: the opening can be by horizontal sliding or with hinged hatches which open vertically with the aid of gas pistons.
The lower section in stainless steel encloses and screens the area between the runners of the upper tunnel and the sides of the belt. It is easily removed, thanks to the system of sliding units on runners.
The entire system is designed to prevent the entry and accumulation of dust and liquids.
The OMNIA tunnel protects operators from noise and potential injury.
The system can be completely and easily dismantled for maintenance.
